- GMGabriela MagalhãesJun 21, 20261.0Be aware of a manager name Christy. In 3 weeks I had two issues with her. She is a very disrespectful and rude lady, and do not deserve her manager title, as a manager needs to know how to speak and resolve issues when they come. Everyone else there is extremely nice and helpful. 3 weeks ago she refused to exchanged a item that came clearly defective, asking me to call 1800 and in the end I even got a “good luck with that”. Today she refused to adjust the final price of the items I wanted to buy, when clearly was saying online at jcrewfactory website “extra 20% on purchases more than $125 online and in store”. When I eventually ask if I could buy online and pick up there immediately, she said it would take hours for them to be ready (the store was empty as was 40min passed the opening hour). I love J.crew and I’m a big customer, but will never do business anymore with this specific store until this lady is there, or at least until she learns how to be a manager or associate that deals with the public.
