Upon stepping in I was greeted by the most disgusting attitude from the boy working there. Boy with the curly hair and goatee was working and looked at me like I disgusted him. He followed me around the store like I was a thief. He even told me that something I tried on looked too tight. Absolutely disgusting behavior and cannot believe he is what represents this brand. What a shame!

Clothes were good and fine however we asked for the shirt to be steamed from the two sales associates at check out. They said can’t do it. Only two people on the floor maybe later and thought it was funny. There was nobody in the store. It was a female and male who was tall.

Easily spending over $1,000 every visit. . . . Yet, the tables turned during my recent visit. While my family was visiting town, I brought them into this location, and during my entire perusal in the store, I was never greeted once. I pray their supervisor considers what training is needed to improve this experience, because J.Crew lost a lifetime customer due to this treatment.

Asked to exchange them for the same exact pair and manager Ricky Could not be less helpful nor understanding that my sister was in New York and unable to send me the receipt at this hour. Unable to get the new pair for the trip should have spent my coins elsewhere
