  Went to this store last week and had the best experience! The team helped me so much to prepare for my upcoming wedding! I can’t be more grateful Kevin and Sonya were so nice and informative! 🙏🙏🙏 got the most elegant silk set 🤍

  I visited this location last Monday as I saw an instagram post. This was my first time discovering this brand and I was beyond disappointed. The young lady barely said hello. When I asked about the sizing letting her know I was a small in other brands, she sized me up with her eyes and suggested a medium. Her demeanor seemed annoyed and not welcoming at all. Mind you, the store was empty. I asked her about the different styles and she just opened a messy drawer of medium underwear and walked away. At this point, I lost interest and decided to leave. From a luxury retail manager for 20 years, I always take the time to praise great customer service. However, this experience was really appalling and made me not want to buy anything or return to this location. I hope this can help with future coaching and training.
