  Customer services sucks! The Armenian guy that “helped” me was hella rude. I ordered a $130 arrangement with the lettering MAMA for a Mother’s Day gift. I was given a 5 inch arrangement by him. When I went to tell him I was given the wrong item and tried showing my order he said “no you ordered that.” No I didn’t I told him, paid too much money for a small bouquet and the letters are wrong. He said we have enough letters, I said but the order is the wrong size. No 5 inch arrangement is worth over $100. I work in customer service so I know to check orders to make sure everything is accurate. I told him let’s make sure you guys are checking orders to prevent confusion. He acted stupid and confused. He tried to intimidate me by mad dogging me but I held my ground and said make sure to check orders. I’m pissed that he would tell me I didn’t order what I ordered when I have email confirmation and my account shows me what I ordered and wouldn’t even look at my receipts. Never ordering from edible arrangements again after this.

  Marvin is an outstanding manager!! This my second visit to his locations with Edible Arrangements and the service is still consistent and professional. Such a wonderful thing to visit a sweet shop and get extra sweet service to match their products, please keep up the good work. I parked at a nearby meter and forgot to ask about parking but this location has a train station right underneath so if you are visiting and want a quick treat or picking yo a big order its perfect to stop in.

  I had a wonderful experience when picking up my chocolate covered strawberries. I did not order in advanced. I waited about 5-10 minutes, which was because he was making it all FRESH TO ORDER. You can't ask for anything better. I brought my kids on this errand and he was so nice with the kids it was just a lovely and surprising experience on a boring errand. If you are thinking about ordering, just do it! This family owned location will help!

  Mi tia fue este lugar la verdad ..había visto comentarios y una amiga también no le gusto fruta fea que venden ..aun así fue y dueño o cajero que estaba fue muy grosero y como que uno le y va pedir o robar que mal tratan a los clientes....pretende vender con esa actitud grosero ..nunca más vuelvo a ir ese lugar ...aprendan respetar a los clientes

  They close at 7 I showed up at 6:50 for a pick up order was already paid for . They had their doors closed at 6:50 . Don’t advertise that your open til 7 when you shut your doors before then Even chipotle doesn’t close their doors til the very last second . Now I’m trying to call and ask about my order and this business doesn’t even answer the phone . Like what kind of 0 star business is this. I feel generous for giving you guys 1 star if Their was an option for 0 starts I would’ve rated this store front that .
