About

Shoe Store
Dr. Martens is an iconic British footwear brand founded in Northamptonshire, England. Its first silhouette, the 1460 boot - named after the date it was produced - rolled off the production line on 1st April 1960. Originally chosen by workers for their air-cushioned comfort and durability, “Doc’s” or “DM’s” boots and shoes were later adopted by musicians and subcultural pioneers who took them from the street to the global stage.

THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER NEEDS TO GET FIRED ASAP!!! I had a bad experience returning two shoes at this store a couple of weeks ago because the gift I originally wanted to get my gf, her mother gave it to her for Christmas instead. So I returned it to Century city where I originally bought it and told the Manager Edd that I unfortunately couldn’t keep them anymore. The way he responded to me was really disrespectful and seemed to be already in a bad mood when he noticed I was coming in the store with the bag of shoes. I did hear him mutter something disrespectful under his breath when I came in the store because I saw his coworker react to what he said which was directed towards me returning shoes. I would’ve considered exchanging the shoes for myself but since he was being so disrespectful towards me. I decided to call the company to complain. Cut back a couple of days ago, My girlfriend went in to this store and had an altercation with their assistant manager about exchanging a shoe that she wanted instead of the one she bought because the size didn’t fit right since she went with the suggestion of the sales person that helped her, which was the assistant manager at the time. He was so inconsiderate on what she was telling him since it was hurting her feet that it seemed he was doing all he can to keep her from returning the shoe. Even though she was asking if there were better options and he kept saying no. When she finally decided to return the shoes he looked irritated at her and didn’t bother to respond or talk to her once he did the return. He didn’t want to give up his name to her when he asked but we got it anyway from the other sale associates. I don’t understand how a company can hired 2 unprofessional and disrespectful Mangers run a store like Dr. Martens. I’ve seen people talk bad about the store but experience it first hand puts in perspective. So I hope the company gets it together fire both the Managers Edd and Francisco. If they expect this store to do better

    跟網路上比起來品相比較少, 但可以試穿比較容易知道哪些款式合適~~
