  This location was so beautiful but not more beautiful than the staff. Above and beyond hospitality and service from the minute i stepped out of my Uber into the store. 100/10!

  To cut a short story long!…I visited the RRL store in LA for the first time today, it was on my bucket list and as I was in LA on business - I made a special visit to the iconic store (looks so cool, like an old garage) I’d seen photos of this online and the building did not disappoint! Main reason for going, is my last trip to the US I left /lost my Blue RRL deck jacket somewhere in Chicago (gutted!) So I was intent on getting another but as I’ve lost quite a bit of weight this year so I needed to try on a smaller size first rather than ordering online. The sale assistant (really sorry didn’t catch his name) was super helpful and we chatted whilst I finally got my new deck jacket purchase! Everyone I spoke to there was great - very relaxed atmosphere and they had a super collection of both classics and the new A/W 26 collection. I’ve been buying RRL for the best part of 15 years (2014 was ‘the’ classic year for me) now; been to many of their stores around the world but the LA store was a real highlight - the people super friendly and chilled - and I’ll certainly be making the trip back there again next year. Thank you for helping me get my Deck jacket finally (again!) I’ll be back again for more!!

  My family and I visited this store while traveling from South Korea, and unfortunately the experience matched many of the negative reviews we had seen online. A male employee with a beard appeared impatient when we asked for a few seconds to decide on a purchase. Even though there were no other customers waiting for assistance, he moved the payment terminal away from us and only brought it back after we decided to buy the item. A female employee was also unhelpful, ignored our questions, and seemed annoyed when we asked for a new item instead of the display product. What stood out most was the difference in treatment. The male employee was laughing and warmly engaging with white customers while being noticeably less welcoming toward us. As Asian customers, we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Many reviews over the years describe this location's staff as rude, unhelpful, and even racist. Based on our experience, I can understand why. Whether intentional or not, the service we received fell far below the standards one would expect from Ralph Lauren. With that said, we have filed a complaint to the headquarter.

  Terrible customer service. Staff is pretentious and zero respect shown towards customers. Products are nice and there was a few things I wanted but after the type of treatment I got I didn't feel comfortable spending my money there. Very unfortunate.
