  My family and I visited this store while traveling from South Korea, and unfortunately the experience matched many of the negative reviews we had seen online. A male employee with a beard appeared impatient when we asked for a few seconds to decide on a purchase. Even though there were no other customers waiting for assistance, he moved the payment terminal away from us and only brought it back after we decided to buy the item. A female employee was also unhelpful, ignored our questions, and seemed annoyed when we asked for a new item instead of the display product. What stood out most was the difference in treatment. The male employee was laughing and warmly engaging with white customers while being noticeably less welcoming toward us. As Asian customers, we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Many reviews over the years describe this location's staff as rude, unhelpful, and even racist. Based on our experience, I can understand why. Whether intentional or not, the service we received fell far below the standards one would expect from Ralph Lauren. With that said, we have filed a complaint to the headquarter.

  Terrible customer service. Staff is pretentious and zero respect shown towards customers. Products are nice and there was a few things I wanted but after the type of treatment I got I didn't feel comfortable spending my money there. Very unfortunate.

  I purchased a Newsboy leather jacket and three Vintage 5 Pocket jeans that I couldn’t find in my size in Korea. Although I could have ordered online, I didn’t want to risk counterfeit products given the price, so I chose to buy directly while on a business trip to CA. Thomas, Ryan, and a friendly and lovely female staff member whose name I didn’t catch were very helpful. They were patient and supportive, especially with me as an Asian customer with limited English. They located my size from other stores and made sure I received everything before I left. I appreciate their support.
