For a luxury brand, that’s disappointing. The store is often quiet, so it’s not a matter of being busy — it feels like a lack of engagement. At this level, the experience should feel elevated, not indifferent. I like the product, but I’ve found it more comfortable to try items on in-store and purchase online instead. That says everything about the experience.
