  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with David Yurman was disappointing from start to finish. I purchased an Evil Eye Cord Bracelet as a Father's Day gift. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple purchase turned into a series of avoidable mistakes. The first issue occurred during pickup. I sent my assistant to the Grove location with my driver's license, exactly as instructed in the pickup email. After making the trip, she was told that I also needed to send a separate authorization email before the bracelet could be released. This requirement was never mentioned in the pickup instructions and resulted in an unnecessary trip and wasted time. The second issue was even more frustrating. I requested a straightforward exchange for a medium bracelet, but David Yurman sent a small instead. Because of this error, I no longer had a Father's Day gift on time. It's hard to understand how a simple size exchange could be handled incorrectly. Luxury brands are expected to provide exceptional products and exceptional service. Unfortunately, this experience reflected neither. Multiple errors, poor communication, and a lack of attention to detail turned what should have been a special gift into an incredibly frustrating experience. I'm extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and expected much better from a brand with David Yurman's reputation. I hope the company takes these repeated service failures seriously and improves its processes so other customers don't have the same experience.

  Brielle was absolutely wonderful and gracious to me and my mom when we visited to look at some pendants and hoops. She made us feel welcome and valued. The inventory is extensive and they had some rare pieces that I haven't seen on the website. We plan to come back when in LA again :) thank you!!

  I’ve visited this store a few times and consistently leave with the same impression — the service doesn’t match the price point. Dressed casually, I’ve felt a noticeable difference in how I’m treated. Interactions come across as transactional and, at times, dismissive rather than welcoming. For a luxury brand, that’s disappointing. The store is often quiet, so it’s not a matter of being busy — it feels like a lack of engagement. At this level, the experience should feel elevated, not indifferent. I like the product, but I’ve found it more comfortable to try items on in-store and purchase online instead. That says everything about the experience.
