- MSMary SheaJul 4, 20262.0I brought a 101 year old woman in the Santa Monica location. She had shopped there before and the sales lady seemed to remember her. First of all, in my opinion, the lady was a little too persuasive in getting her to buy a number of things saying if there were things that didn't work, she could return them. About half of the clothing did not work (which she still probably spent about $800 even after returning some) the lady said I could return them for her, so when I did, I explained a very flimsy button that popped off as my lady was trying the sweater on and my lady had accidentally removed a tag off of another shirt. Well the sales lady was clearly showing her frustration which I find very unprofessional. She was cold and short with me. I can understand some disappointment in someone returning some things, not in pristine condition but it's REALLY disappointing to the customer when you show it to that degree. Knowing someone has money, being overly nice, persuading people to buy things and then showing such disdain when items being returned that were not made well... Not a good look for this store.

Leo was incredibly patient, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. He carefully listened to what I was looking for and recommended styles and sizes that suited my needs perfectly. Thanks to Leo, I found a piece I really love and felt truly taken care of as a customer. If you visit this store, I highly recommend asking for Leo – he will make your shopping experience so much better!
