  Overpriced hype with shockingly cheap material. The fabric started pilling almost immediately and feels paper-thin. Terrible price-to-quality ratio.

  I like the simple product design. Since I haven’t tried this brand before, I’ve decided to come to the physical store instead of ordering online. Staff here are giving high school mean girl vibes. I heard them verbally harass other customers that bought Nikes instead of Alo. Saw dirty looks from cashier randomly towards me. If I were not in a rush, I would have started a full on talk with the staff there with their attitude. If this is their marketing strategy then I will never come back again to support this brand. If this is just this store , they seriously need some training 🤣 The grove is pretty chill, I was pretty relaxed until I walked out of Alo 🤣

  We have been to this Alo a few times, my husband loves it because it has a second floor dedicated to the men. He is a big ALO buyer so having a big men’s selection is worth the 1 1/2 drive here. Jared was very helpful today, in helping us with our Early Access purchase to the warm butter colors

  I came to the store expecting a good shopping experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The girl at the register was quite rude and unfriendly, and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. She also put my purchase in a very old, worn-out bag that looked like it had been used many times and possibly returned by another customer. I honestly don’t understand why a purchase was given to a customer in a bag like that. I don’t know if it was because I looked young or Asian, but the way I was treated made me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I don’t plan to return to this store
