  Today I returned the product that I ordered online (3 items ) but I came home, looked at my bank account, and they returned the money to me for only 2. The cashier is inattentive , as are all the staff

  Everyone at the store is always super friendly and helpful! They are very thoughtful and even remember your name if u a regular. Loveee coming to this location 😃🥳 they also have a big inventory for not being the biggest store.

  Unfortunately this seems to be a trend going around with Alo employees and I was a victim in it. I stopped into Alo Yoga to pick up a few things for my daughter for her birthday, thinking it would be a quick shopping experience. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with one of the employees left me feeling uncomfortable. I asked for help finding a specific top in a certain size and before I could even finish explaining, the employee immediately began suggesting larger sizes in a way that felt presumptive. The tone made it seem like she assumed I was shopping for myself, without actually taking a moment to listen to what I was asking. I politely clarified that the item was for my daughter and while she corrected herself, the interaction had already become awkward. It wasn’t necessarily what was said, but how quickly the assumption was made and how it was delivered. It came across as dismissive and frankly a bit judgmental. Shopping for clothing—whether for yourself or someone else—should feel comfortable and respectful. A simple clarifying question would have completely changed the tone of that interaction. Instead, it left me feeling self-conscious in a space that’s supposed to feel welcoming. Since Alo likes to present itself as polished and customer-focused, I expected a much higher level of attentiveness and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t reflect that. I don’t typically call out individual employees, but given how common these kinds of experiences seem to be with Alo, it feels important to speak up. For context, the employee I interacted with was shorter, had blonde hair, and wore oval glasses. For a brand like Alo, there should be better training in place to ensure employees know how to assist all customers respectfully and without making assumptions about sizing or body type, regardless of what they believe is available in-store.

  Amanda, Sarely, and Celeste were very professional, enthusiastic, kind and helpful they helped me choose and buy three pairs of tights. Wonderful experience I will be back
