I had such an incredible experience at Alo Sportsmen’s Lodge because of Sam! From the moment I met him, he was genuinely kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely taken care of. His customer service went above and beyond anything I expected. Sam helped me find the Pink Marshmallow, which I absolutely LOVE, but what really stood out was the care and attention he gave me throughout the entire experience. He has such a warm, positive energy and truly knows how to make a customer feel special without ever making the experience feel pressured. Sam is an exceptional Sales & Service Manager and such an asset to Alo. This is the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back, not just because you love the clothes, but because you remember how someone made you feel. I’ll definitely be returning and asking for Sam! 💗✨

Absolutely ridiculous how unsatisfying shopping in a retail store that's supposed to pride themselves in quality products can never hire any quality workers. I shouldn't be forced to provide a phone number for a simple gift and then forced to use that number if I want to return the product. Absolute scam marketing plot. Don't waste your time in store just shop online

This location has a tiny men’s section due to overall low square footage.
