- PRpavan reddyJul 8, 20241.0I have ordered a pair of lens at this location, and after taking more than 2 weeks they called me and said that the lens are at the store and ready for pick up. As I reached the store they said, On the day that i ordered the lens their system went down and they have been delivered to another store which is 15 miles away from the location I’ve ordered, As I asked the lady on the reception that she can get them to this store as I have a proof of receipt that states that I have ordered lens at this location. She was like no, we can cancel them and re order and you need to wait for another two to get them delivered here. I was very disappointed with their service. It’s on July 8th around 6.30pm.
