  I had a great experience at Sunglass Hut. I originally purchased my Ray-Ban Meta glasses here and was helped by Paige, who was wonderful the first time around. Recently, I went to my optometrist to have prescription lenses made for my Meta glasses. Unfortunately, since I didn’t purchase the glasses from his office and the box had already been opened, he wasn’t able to add the prescription lenses. He suggested that I go back to Sunglass Hut, especially since the new Meta Gen 3 had just been released, to see what my options were for possibly upgrading and getting them with my prescription. I went back to the same Sunglass Hut and was happy to see Paige again. I explained the situation and she was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. She took the time to go over my options and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I never felt rushed or pressured. I’m extremely pleased with her level of service. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but truly cares about helping their customers. That kind of service is exactly why I came back to this location and will continue to do so. Thank you again Paige, for the outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate all your help!

  Paige went out of her way to help me! She even adjusted my Chanel sunglasses that I had for years. She was also very kind and personable. Sabrina the manager is doing a great job! This is now my go to store for sunglasses!

  Paige, the sales person was wonderful. She was super helpful and super informative. I lost my Ray-Bans And was pretty upset, but she made getting new glasses a great experience. I would highly recommend her and the sunglasses hut anytime you’re looking for a new pair of glasses.

  I have ordered a pair of lens at this location, and after taking more than 2 weeks they called me and said that the lens are at the store and ready for pick up. As I reached the store they said, On the day that i ordered the lens their system went down and they have been delivered to another store which is 15 miles away from the location I’ve ordered, As I asked the lady on the reception that she can get them to this store as I have a proof of receipt that states that I have ordered lens at this location. She was like no, we can cancel them and re order and you need to wait for another two to get them delivered here. I was very disappointed with their service. It’s on July 8th around 6.30pm.
