  The atmosphere in this store is very rude and unfriendly. Visiting this store was a very negative experience. The employees were very unprofessional, and the Store Director was especially rude and unprofessional. One employee made a mistake while scanning my receipt and repeatedly told me that she could not find my item. Eventually, I realized that she had been scanning a different receipt. The Store Director made up excuses to refuse my return for an item that I had purchased only seven days earlier. She said she could smell perfume on it and that it did not smell new. However, I had never worn, washed, or sprayed perfume on the item. A male employee repeatedly knocked on my fitting room door and rushed me while I was trying on pants. I also asked him if he could help me find a pair in my size. He checked the system and told me that the size was not available, but only about 10 seconds later, I found that exact size in the store myself. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and unprofessional shopping experience.

  I went in on an evening after work to do a return I bought at the LbX location 2.5 miles away a week prior. The store “director” Jason was extremely rude and before I even went to the counter he harassed me to see my receipt refused my return. Apparently you can only return at the same location you purchase. I had no idea because regular JCrew stores don’t have that policy. I feel like there was a much better way to go about it, would NOT recommend or return.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this J.Crew Factory store. I visited to return an item that didn’t work out, but the manager was extremely rude throughout the whole process. She wouldn’t listen to anything I tried to explain and was very dismissive. When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me. Instead, she pointed at the return policy with a pen and came very close to hitting my hand—yet she didn’t even apologize. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve shopped at many J.Crew locations and never had such a bad experience before. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.
