  My husband got me and his mom the package with cheesecakes and strawberries blueberries pineapples and grapes and wow how disappointing!!! All the strawberries were old soggy and bad. Spending almost $200 on this is crazy. From the other reviews it seems this is common here. Edible arrangements has never disappointed me until today. If you’re getting edible arrangements go somewhere else!!!

  Paid $150 and only one item was delivered. Did not receive the two foil balloons and did not receive the two orders of strawberry boxes. This was a scam.

  Terrible service. My kids ordered a strawberry platter for a Mother’s Day brunch at my mom’s house it Was supposed to be delivered by 5:00pm . After a few phone calls and telling us it was in transit I ended up picking it up at 6:30 . It was never in transit it wasn’t even made. At one point they said it could be delivered up until 9:00pm!!! Read the reviews before you order from here. I will never order from this location.. Also the platter didn’t look anything like the picture!! Very disappointed!!!

  Terrible customer service, called about my order that I ordered 2 days ahead and when the day to pick up came I tracked the status and it still said received by store and this was 30 minutes before my pick up time, so I called the store and they asked for name and order# and said to stay on hold while they checked and they had me on hold for 20 minutes until I decided to hang up and call again and right away they answered and I asked if they had forgotten about me on line and she just said oh there is other people ahead of you and we are busy what was your question so I asked her my question again and she said oh we are already making it,is that all and I said yeah but they didn’t even apologize for having me on hold for so long and if there were other people ahead of me why answer right away then, but truly horrible costumer service

  Today my girlfriend and I headed to this nice little shop after finding a promotion online that let us get a free chocolate strawberry cup. We walked right in and they served us quickly. The atmosphere was nice and simple and there were a variety of options from edible bouquets to simple cookie trays. It was a great place that deserves more attention.
