  I will never shop at a DSW again, very rude customer service call in, they do not update when an order is ready for pickup. Sorry, but saving the extra $10 bucks on a pair of shoes isn't worth it. Also, reading the "privacy" rights before becoming a "member" is important, especially with what they do with your information. Much more intrusive than most "rewards" programs.

  Andrea was beyond amazing. She was very kind and patient with all of my questions and even taught me something new on the app!! Working in an office I understand how important customer service is and she did a stellar job. I truly hope this company recognizes her and the cashier who helped me ( i did not get her name but she was incredibly patient and kind as well) because I feel people like them continue to make the environment very welcoming and keeps customers coming back. Normally I don’t write reviews but I knew after them making the transition smooth and efficient I had to. Thank you ladies !!

  Nice clean store with friendly staff. Plenty of parking
