He came out from the back multiple times with updates and information about a specific style of jeans I was searching for after checking with his manager. I really appreciated his effort, communication, and willingness to help throughout the process.

I live on Yerba Buena Island, so this store is about 30 miles away for me, and the reason I will continue to make the trip is Lilly, who I believe is the assistant manager. She is outstanding at what she does, and offers exceptional service!

We came back to the store at 7:30PM to buy an item that we looked at earlier, and the employee told us that they actually closed at 7PM and doesn’t have the authority to check us out even when we knew exactly what we wanted. He asked us to come back the next day, but we’re not thrilled to make another hour plus round trip for one piece of clothing. Please keep your store hours updated and not push customers away when they come in during listed opening hours.
