- JVjamie valdez5 days ago5.0I was at the outlets this past weekend and I never heard of Tod’s before but decided to stop by because of display in the window. The store was nicely put together. I’m very impressed with staff and how attentive they were with me and my husband.
- CCCarolineJun 19, 20261.0The sales (Asian lady and man) seemed not wanting to sell shoes, very impatient and unhelpful. The lady enjoyed her time scrolling the phone. Whenever asked for help, she just pointed to another sales.
- MGMan GMar 17, 20261.0tod's make amazing shoes but this place by far has the worst customer service ever. i go into the store and there was no other customers with 3 sales associates there. was in the store for about 15 mins with zero acknowledgement or assistance. all 3 were literally on their phones and didnt even look up at me. at that point i just walked out. not sure why these sales associates treat customers with disrespect and makes me feel better reading other reviews that its not just me. you are better off going to a location that treats you with respect than going to this place in livermore. i have purchased several tod's shoes in the US and italy with great service.
