- RPRey PenateAug 11, 20264.0I bought a lot of things at this location. Service is hit or miss…Unless if they think you’re gonna buy something then make it super super nice. They did help me locate a shoe at a different store, which was really nice of them.
- JVjamie valdezJul 1, 20265.0I was at the outlets this past weekend and I never heard of Tod’s before but decided to stop by because of display in the window. The store was nicely put together. I’m very impressed with staff and how attentive they were with me and my husband.
- CCCarolineJun 19, 20261.0The sales (Asian lady and man) seemed not wanting to sell shoes, very impatient and unhelpful. The lady enjoyed her time scrolling the phone. Whenever asked for help, she just pointed to another sales.
- FDFama DiaAug 30, 20241.0The sales associates here were incredibly rude. We visited this shop on the 29th of August in the evening. When saying hi, none of the 2 associates greeted us other than with nasty looks. As a client, coming into a empty shop without any other clients, it is outrageous to not be greeted back, see the staff on their phones and receive unwelcoming looks.
