  Last month, I went to the outlets with my fiancé to shop for wedding shoes and this store had the best customer service by far! Azure was so friendly and helpful and offered to keep in touch about future sales! I ended up going with a gorgeous blue shoe like the one Carrie Bradshaw had for my wedding and got some sneakers that I have worn everyday since! She was very knowledgeable about the brand and I learned a lot from her as I had never heard of the brand before. I learned that I've actually seen RV before in movies like the substance with Demi Moore and that Christian Louboutin was actually RV's apprentice. It was great talking to her and I will be asking for her from now on ❤️

  Went there to purchase one of the heels yesterday and had the worst experience. The staff was unprofessional and for no reason entitled. All the girls were just going back to the cash register and just giggling while I was making the payment including the one who assisted me. Barely any help assisting and putting things back. I signed up under a new account which made them think I was unaware of the brand but I have been to other stores around the world but never had this kind of experience. Ladies better go to other store location than come here. If I really didn’t needed that heel and found it in other location close to me I would’ve gone there. I hope Roger vivier management sees this review and improves their hiring process. Maybe hire people with common sense and who are educated unlike that are working there. Horrible staff and degrading to the brand.

  This store seems ALWAYS has a live steaming person sitting at the center of the store and keeping a lot of shoes for her own presentation. The store staff serves her as priority and ignores other walk-in customers.

  I came in looking for some shoes to purchase for work, and was helped by a lovely lady who guided me through the store, and recommended great styles that will work with all the outfits I’ll wear. Definitely recommend this location. Great staff and super beautiful shoes.

  Lauren's customer service is amazing. The size of the shoe I wanted wasn't available, and she promised to look out for it. Her communication was prompt, accurate, and she delivered!
