  Gosh could you please change the staff! That asian saleswoman or manager whateva she is …. She should learn some communication skills and greet the customers properly! When we went in and looking for a bag she shouts thats full price !!!! We did not even ask her or trying to buy discounted bags I was very much interested in the new arrivals. And her treatment near the billing area was too rude also I see that everyone is reviewing about her and yet no action taken. People are not willing to shop at your place because of that woman.

  I am unsure of the 1 star reviews as I have shopped here for many years and have always been greeted by staff and am able to roam around and look as well. Jennifer has EXCEPTIONAL service and has even shipped some bags to me when requested. She goes above and beyond and all staff is kind and helpful. I 100% recommend!

  DONT SHOP HERE IF YOURE BLACK! My mom and I went to exchange a bag because they gave us the wrong color, navy blue instead of black. We walked in the store, barely got greeted before one of the workers, an asian woman and had some brown highlights (didn’t get her name) rushes over to us. She sees my marc jacobs bag and immediately asks for the receipt. She snatches it out of my hand then proceeds to reach into my personal space for the item i wanted to exchange. My mom and I are trying to explain to her that we wanted to look around first, and that we weren’t doing a return just possibly an exchange since I was given the wrong color bag. She insists that I need to do a full refund for store credit and that she’ll hold the items that I bought in the front. She had horrible customer service but maybe it’s because we are black. I’ve never been treated like this while shopping and it was blatant racism and profiling as soon as we walked through the door. She did not treat any other customers like that or rush them. She didn’t snatch anything out of anybody else hand but ours. Very disgusting behavior and she is a racist!!

  I walked into the store and was met with an extremely pushy salesperson from the very beginning. I've been here before and had the same experience, and unfortunately it was the same woman again. I also noticed other customers seemed uncomfortable, and even the other salesperson looked helpless because they couldn't assist anyone while this woman was aggressively approaching every customer. It made the shopping experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I will not be coming back and really hope management addresses this issue.

  Very bad Receptionist especially store manager, she is so rude, so far this is the worst experience in Livermore outlets, highly underrated customer service.
