- ABAna BSep 8, 20265.0I had such a wonderful experience at Lululemon today! I exchanged a pair of leggings through the Quality Promise after a seam came apart, and Aaron helped me throughout the process. I normally feel a little uncomfortable using return or exchange programs, but Aaron made the entire experience so easy and positive. There was absolutely no judgment or awkwardness—just genuine kindness and great customer service. The whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, as always. My husband and I have loved Lululemon for years, and I often buy it as gifts for my friends, but experiences like this make you appreciate a brand even more. Some brands earn customers for life because of the way they treat people, and this is definitely one of them. Aaron truly made my day. Thank you so much!
- MZMia ZAug 31, 20265.0I had such a wonderful shopping experience thanks to Krystel! She was incredibly warm, friendly, and patient, and she took the time to answer every single question I had. She never made me feel rushed and was genuinely happy to help. Even my elementary-school-aged daughter noticed how nice and friendly she was, which says a lot! 😊 It was such a pleasant experience, and Krystel really made our visit special. I hope we get to see her again the next time we visit!

- YWYao WangJun 9, 20261.0Horrible customer service. Nobody shows a positive attitude EXCEPT the security lady at the door!!! the staff are not familiar with their products and being very unprofessional. I’ve shopped at multiple Lululemon stores and this is the worst.
