  ⚠️ BE AWARE, EVERYONE! ⚠️ Always check the discounted price yourself with a calculator before you pay. I went into the Livermore Outlet Longchamp store and asked a saleswoman if an item was on sale. She told me it was 30% off, so I trusted what she told me and paid. After I left, I started thinking about the price and realized I had been charged more than I expected. I went back to the store to ask for the difference. The saleswoman then told me that she had explained the price while she was ringing me up — but the discount was actually 20%, not 30%. I asked to speak with the manager, but instead of addressing the price issue, she kept focusing on the fact that I was raising my voice. My issue is simple: I trusted the information I was given by the employee, and the price I was charged did not match the discount I was told about. Customers should not have to double-check employees just to make sure they are being charged correctly. Bottom line: I will not be giving the Livermore Outlet Longchamp store my business again. I strongly recommend that customers check the math themselves before paying.

  Terrible customer service from the store manager. I was interested in purchasing a handbag that had visible damage. A sales associate kindly offered a 10% discount for the defect, which I accepted. However, when I returned to complete the purchase, the store manager stepped in and completely ruined the experience.The manager was dismissive and condescending. Instead of acknowledging the pre-existing damage, she made patronizing excuses about how leather scratches naturally. She treated me as if I was being unreasonable for wanting an expensive item to be in acceptable condition before buying it.The sales associate handled the initial situation perfectly, but the manager's rude attitude completely turned me off. I ultimately walked away and spent my money elsewhere. High-end brands charge premium prices, and customers deserve professional service. This manager's behavior and attitude was incredibly disappointing.

  I went in with my daughter, mid week/ no other customers etc. Their was a young adult Asian lady employee. She was very friendly and helpful to my daughter, absolutely rude and condescending to myself. I tried multiple times to give her a chance to fix her attitude (she wouldn't give me prices or was very vague and visibly irritated I was there). Both of us were interested in purchasing but I got fed up and walked out.

  They close the store before their listed closing times and won’t let you in to purchase anything even though the store is supposed to be open.
