  Bad quality of clothes only one time wear clothes they sales After wash it’s shrink like you have to donate or throw it moreover staff also not friendly of you explain them how’s these store clothes not doing well They tryna show they are owner they can’t do anything instead help you find out what to do Avoid this store

  Bad experience and awful customer service. The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked if they had a different size, instead of simply checking or offering to help, I was looked at as if I were asking for something for free and was told, “If it’s not there, we don’t have any.” The attitude was completely unnecessary and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. It would have taken very little effort to simply check the inventory or politely explain that they didn’t have the size available. I understand that outlet stores have limited inventory, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location was enough to make me not want to shop there again.

  The staff at this store were all very friendly and helpful in finding sizes. If an empty fitting room was locked from the inside, an employee would come to assist. The young man at the checkout was particularly helpful; he was very efficient and had a wonderful attitude, so I ended up buying more and more, haha. 👍👍👍
