  I had a really unpleasant experience at this Vans store because of an employee named Jocelyn. From the moment I approached her, she was very rude and dismissive. When I asked for help, she acted as if it was a huge inconvenience for her to do her job. Each time I posed a question, she really rolled her eyes. 😐 I get that everyone can have an off day, but employees shouldn't take their frustrations out on customers. Customer service should never make anyone feel like a bother. Jocelyn's demeanor was entirely unprofessional and disrespectful. I really like Vans, but this particular interaction left a terrible impression and really bummed me out. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Vans location before.

  The selection was rather limited and they did not offer in store ordering and pick up. The people are very nice, so we settled for something else.

  Clean store, employees are very helpful. Used my coupons to save $50 and paid $95 for 4 pairs of toddler shoes(received the $25 coupons from previous purchases from months before). I'm a happy customer.
