- ZNZACK GOT NEXTApr 16, 20261.00 stars. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. A tall employee with long hair was openly disrespectful to my father. When my dad asked for help, he refused to assist and acted like it was a problem to even acknowledge him. Then he crossed the line. He mocked my father’s size and told him this was the only store where he could find clothes that fit. My dad wears a 3XL. That comment was unnecessary and unacceptable. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire business. No customer should be treated this way. I will not return. I will also make sure friends and family know exactly how customers are treated here.
- TETim EApr 12, 20261.0Don't give them your business..they'll happily sell you faulty pants with loose buttons (and faulty seam at rhe bottom) that fall off but soon as you wear them a single time they won't let you exchange for a new pair even if it's within the 90 day return window..they'll look you right in the eyes and lie about not selling faulty pants and blame you for *gasp* wearing the pants. How am I supposed to know a pair of pants are faulty if i don't wear them? I had these pants all of a month..what kind of pants only last a month of average wear? Their return policy is a joke and I've lost trust with this company
