  Standard James Perse clothing is not the same as Jane’s perse Los Angeles yet you have tags that use their prices as a discount point when it’s not the same line. It’s a knock off and it’s fine but don’t use the more expensive comparison just use your price and let the consumer know it’s not the same quality fabrics . I have bought over 8 hoodies of standard James Perse at the rack and every one of them developed a good size hole where the security code was attached . Usually this was by a pocket or on the back . This can’t be fixed with a stitch it becomes apparent and destroys the value if you want to resell . No one wants a hoodie with a repair for $50 to $80. Do better and don’t mislead consumers there really should be a law against false advertising .

  It’s disappointing that Stephan, the manager here, appeared to make up his own return policy. I purchased an item directly from Nordstrom online, and Nordstrom’s own website clearly states that eligible Nordstrom online purchases can be returned at Nordstrom Rack locations. Despite this, he refused to accept the return and made me go to a full Nordstrom store instead. It’s a shame when one person creates their own rules instead of following company policy, which leads to poor customer service and an unnecessary inconvenience for customers. Also, professionalism matters. Stephan’s clothing appeared extremely dirty, which did not reflect the level of presentation and cleanliness I would expect from management at Nordstrom. Overall, this was a very poor customer experience.

  Great place to shop but some prices are still pretty high for what you'd expect at a "rack". You have to look but you can find good deals.

  This Nordstrom Rack has a great variety of merchandise. The shoe selection is fantastic. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
