  Being very excited about the pursuit of my first Rolex, I was very disappointed in how much emphasis was put on customers who purchased jewelry from their store and them having priority in getting watches. I understand that this may be their business model, but it left me wanting to go elsewhere.

  My wife and I stopped by today while vacationing in Laguna Beach and met David. He was incredibly nice and welcoming right from the start. Even though we were from out of town and the specific piece I wanted wasn’t available, he still took the time to educate me on the brand, showed us different models, and let me try on several similar pieces. Super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in town!

  Hi, I wanted to follow up regarding my bracelet. I went into this store excited about the products. I bought some items including two light weight bracelets. I then had the lightweight gold bracelet resized at your store, and afterward I noticed that the piece became asymmetric. I reached out and was told that someone would get back to me after I sent photos, but it has now been several weeks and I have not received a response from the owners daughter or cousin. It has been a long while!!! For high end products, I pay for the product and the service. And sadly….recieved neither. Separately—and even more concerning—the bracelet broke about two weeks ago. This is especially disappointing given that I paid around $2,000 for the piece and was assured of its quality and durability, as long as it was handled with normal care. I have been very gentle with it, and it has only been about a month since purchase. I specifically chose this bracelet because I wanted something light, feminine, and well-crafted, and I trusted your recommendation regarding its quality. Given the price point and what I was told at the time of purchase, this experience has been very disappointing. At this point, I would appreciate a prompt response on both the resizing issue and the breakage, along with how you plan to resolve this. Thank you.
