  Great little store with a unique level of curation to find toys that aren’t in every chain store. The staff is fantastic and my daughter and i have been going to the summer craft series since last year. The care taken by the craft leaders has made us feel like family.

  This particular store has some VERY rude personnel, not sure if they realize they work at a toy store and there are multiple kids that will visit, the rudeness is uncalled for, I have gone to all other locations and personnel is nice, polite, helpful, friendly completely different from this location. It almost as if they are miserable to be there and have to talk to people kids or adults. Disgusting behavior disappointing for being a toy store

  The star rating is solely based on the toys they offer. Everything else falls short. The staff is generally rude, except for a few exceptions. Considering that we spend around $100 every time we visit, I would expect a more helpful and courteous attitude from them. I highly recommend Learning Express in San Ramon. They have a nicer staff, a better toy selection, and lower prices.

  Wonderful selection of toys for every age (0-100), interest and budget. Prices are similar to big stores (e.g., Target). It's a good place for kids to play and explore. I especially like that they carry a good selection of books and activity/sticker books. We will probably give gift cards for the holidays so recipients can choose their own toys in person; it's a memorable experience. Parking is easy but can be tight for SUVs. Otherwise there is street parking on Moraga Road. Pro tip: Bring coins if you are making a quick visit and don't want to pay the $1.50 credit card minimum for the parking meters.
