  My kid and I absolutely love this location and these stores! Great toys, beautiful wrapping easy for birthday gifts.

  Visited this Lafayette location on my way home from my daughter’s gymnastics. We wanted to get her something special after she did her first class. Mama was tired after a long morning. I came in with my 3 children (9 years, 3 years & a baby). I sat down on the little wooden chair for a minute because my daughter wanted to play a little before shopping and I wanted to rest. What seemed to be the manager because I noticed her training came over and insinuated I would break the chair and that adults aren’t allowed to sit on them. As a teacher, I know wooden chairs are very sturdy and the tone was rude. She didn’t consider a tired mom. I will never go back. My children and I felt very unwelcome. We recently went to the Berkley one instead — 5⭐️s for Berkeley! They allowed my kids to play and roam and shop. I left spending a lot at that location because of that.

  I walked in to find the last holloween needoh display and they wouldn't sell it to me. Then they said it was for an employee to buy. What's the point of doing exclusive drops and making an exclusive account to literally broadcast drops if you're just going to let the employees take the last one in front of customers?!?! Very disappointing to literally watch employees backdooring the last of such exclusive items. What's the point of telling people to come buy them if I have to compete with the employees when I get there?

  Very busy during weekends. Calmer during the week. Store is organized in a way that makes sense and makes it easy to browse. Free gift wrap is a nice bonus. Small selection of greeting cards as well masking it easy to run in last minute for a gift.

  The best five little monkeys location imo! My girls Abby and Alicia are soooo kind and helpful! I’m here like twice a week lol! Highly recommend for amazing service and great toy selection!
