  I had a really bad experience with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order for my mom’s birthday and paid for it to be delivered to her home. Instead of handling the delivery properly, they used Uber, and the driver delivered it to the wrong address. When I called the store to fix the issue, I was told it would still be delivered to that wrong address and there was nothing they could do. I also couldn’t contact Uber myself since I wasn’t the one who placed the delivery. That’s completely unacceptable. What made it even worse was how I was treated by the kitchen manager, Ceria. She was extremely rude and actually hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation. That level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is shocking. I paid for a service that was not completed correctly, and instead of fixing it, I was dismissed and treated poorly. This completely ruined a special occasion. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them at all.

  Terrible experience. I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my wife, and not only was it never delivered, but I was also charged additional money before the order was even supposedly delivered, with no explanation as to why. When we contacted the store, we were told they used Uber for the delivery and that the driver marked it as delivered. The photo they provided as proof was just a picture of a door with no house number and no package visible at all. That is not proof of delivery. To make things worse, I was told it was probably stolen by the Uber driver, and that if they made another arrangement, we would have to pick it up ourselves. That is completely unacceptable. I paid for a delivery service and instead got excuses, extra unexplained charges, and no actual delivery. This ruined the gift experience for my wife, wasted my time, and left me feeling completely taken advantage of. I would not order from this location again.
