  Horrible experience, usually all the staff is friendly and accommodating. Bought some shoes less than 30 days ago (30 day return policy) and the shoes seem to be faulty. They are deteriorating at an alarming rate. I’ve worn them twice and the heel of the shoe has a chunk missing, I work in an office and probably walk 40 feet on concrete a day. Furthermore the shoe is just terrible and cuts my foot’s in a strange place. I’ve worn dress shoes daily for around 5 years now and have never experienced anything of the sort. I went in store to try and exchange them or return, really anything because the shoes are worthless and the staff refused to provide any help nor did they show any compassion or accountability. Extremely frustrated and will no longer be shopping at Nordstrom rack. I suggest you shop elsewhere too. How disappointing for a company not to stand behind their products.

  Came to this store while on a brief trip to SD. The selection is fantastic as were the floor staff. But when it came to checkout our cashier was quite rude and in checking out did fail to bag $100+ sunglasses. It wasn’t until well after we left SD did we realize they were missing. Sad. Just double check your bags before leaving this store.

  I'm traveling to NYC this week. I went in for some last minute shopping. They had so options for fun shoes and outfits. I found a really unique dress and a pair of walking sandals. I can always count on Nordstrom Rack for something special!
