  The cashiers are professional, but whoever does the stocking either is ignorant or apathetic. The men's dress shirts are not in the appropriate section based on size. Between two racks, there is no consistency. One had 14 through 16, then 17 on up. Meanwhile, a totally different rack had 15 1/2 through 16 1/2 then higher sizes. No rhyme or reason. This was an Easter egg hunt, with frustration being the only real find. Disappointing to see "Nordstroms" name on a swap meet layout with no regard to cleanliness.

  I want to give a shout-out to Leslie at the La Jolla Rack for her generous help with an order I had made online. She contacted her store's managers and updated me by phone to resolve a shipping conundrum. She was able to make sure my order got to me. Throughout the process Leslie was kind, diligent, and patient. Next time I'm in La Jolla I hope to drop by to thank her in person for her above-and-beyond service!

  My favorite NR - way better than the Clairemont store!! Good pricing & selection - have found some really great good quality deals here both with clothing & shoes; helpful staff; easy to find & conveniently located to do order pickups. It’s even better they’re right next door to many delicious food & ice cream places.
