- CLChris Lamantia4 days ago5.0Store was fine, selection was solid, wasn't too crowded. The reason I give this a 5 was due to the customer service. The enthusiasm they had literally changed my day. The woman at the front (i forget her name but she said she had a 6'7" son) was phenomenal. Above and beyond, had incredible energy, and gave me great energy for the rest of the day. I don't usually write reviews but she was that awesome
- DDdreamSep 22, 20261.0Very poor customer service today. Haughty, arrogant, dismissive employee basically lied to me because he didn't want to take time to look up my shoe purchases from 2 days ago. I knew better though and called him on it. Unbelievable. They should appreciate regular customers who want to shop here and PAY, being that there is a lot theft going on at this store and other stores in this shopping center. This used to be a good store but has gone downhill for certain.
