- ZBZell Bautista4 days ago5.0I had an excellent experience at Oakley Irvine Spectrum. I bought two sunglasses, at the time they had a buy one get one 30% off deal. I was assisted by Alexis and Nelson. Both took the time to assist me in finding the right style, size, and with non-polarized lenses (I'm one of the few people who get nausea with polarized). I was looking for two styles, one for casual/formal wear and the other for more outdoorsy / action wear. Alexis helped find the the formal wear ones which were the "Holbrook XL, Black Mat, Gry C." Nelson assisted me with my action ones, which he patiently helped me customize piece by piece "Flk 2.0 XL, Jade Lenses, Gunmetal logo, White Frame, Gray Ear Pieces." Alexis and Nelson were both professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I was visiting from San Diego, but I will drive all the way back to spectrum just to work with these two again. Since my orders were very specific they weren't in store and needed to be shipped to my home. The custom ones arrived two days after my purchase (see photo) and the Holbrooks will be arriving a week after my purchase. Im a happy customer and will def return. Thank you to Alexis, Nelson, and Oakley!
