There was a mishap with my order and I was picking up some very important shoes and she was so so helpful and patient on the phone and in store and managed to locate my misplaced order. So thankful for her for helping me and for easing my mind!! Wedding saved!

- SFStacie FultsAug 12, 20261.0Definitely not a Nordstrom quality store. Popped in to shop on the second floor, low inventory, women’s bathrooms were trashed (very dirty, no paper towels or TP and trash everywhere) mother’s room was also very dirty. I let a saleswoman know and she was polite.

My wife, my daughter, and I spent quite a bit of time trying to find the right fragrance for each of us, and Mateo was incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to understand what each of us liked, suggested different options, and patiently helped us compare them until we each found something that felt just right. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine interest in helping customers really stood out. It is rare to receive this level of personal attention and service these days. Thank you, Mateo, for making our visit such an enjoyable experience. Nordstrom is very fortunate to have someone like you on their team!
