- JDJessica DowneySep 10, 20262.0Paid extra for delivery within the hour around 11AM, didn't arrive till 2:51PM. During that time, the tracker on the website was stuck, with no information whatsoever. And I called the store three times before someone picked up. When I talked to someone, they put me on hold to check on the driver, came back telling me the driver was running late (obviously, it was around 2 o'clock at that point) and they said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I would not recommend ordering from this location unfortunately :(

I have went in to buy an arrangement for the Mother's Day, not only I have waited 35 minutes, but also I had to use alternatives methods to pay, and when I got overcharged and told them about it, they yelled at me saying I haven't payed that I need to pay for the stufff before getting it out. When I have already paid for it and got overcharged payments, too? Their system isn't working an hour before closing.
