I have went in to buy an arrangement for the Mother's Day, not only I have waited 35 minutes, but also I had to use alternatives methods to pay, and when I got overcharged and told them about it, they yelled at me saying I haven't payed that I need to pay for the stufff before getting it out. When I have already paid for it and got overcharged payments, too? Their system isn't working an hour before closing.

Well they should have let me know that when I ordered it or they shouldn't have them on their website they charged me $12.99 a piece I also thought the martini glass was going to be red like on the website and it was some dark color. Not happy
