  After driving from Newport Beach location that was closed, I drove to Irvine to find that this one was ALSO CLOSED. Nothing online or on store front saying why either of them would be closed when online shows they should be open?? Thanks to them for wasting time and gas

  Really good customer service! The associates were really patient and helped me find the right boot in my size, and also hooked me up with products to take care of the shoes properly, along with socks to break them in. Really fun experience!

  I don’t know what was up with the vibes of the employees. One of the employees eyeing me like a hawk while the other engaging with me as if I was 5 years old. Thankfully my girlfriend was there to witness the whole condescending tone one of the employees was “helping” me with or id be confused out of my mind. I miss when Dr Martens was punk.

  Extremely disappointed. One of the staff members talked to my boyfriend in a way that was racially biased and left us very uncomfortable. I read another review here about two other people that were also treated differently because of their race. It’s unfortunate and soured our experience. We won’t be shopping here again.
