I called Thursday to inquire the status of the order. The representative said that there might be 1 left but was not sure. I asked the representative to please check. I was put on hold. The representative said that the order is now ready to be picked up. Did I really just call them to do their job?

On the afternoon of August 5, 2026, I went back to the store to request a refund or a price match. Their attitude was very rude, and they refused. They said that even though I have the receipt, they cannot give me a refund or a price match without the tags.(old and whole grey hair lady said around 3 pm)I strongly advise you not to come to this store to buy anything. I got scammed the very first time I bought something here. I am very glad this is the first product I bought from this store, and I will never buy a second one. So I'm giving them one star."

I’ve had generally good experiences with purchasing items from the general store, but where it goes south is the ammo shop. There’s been many times where I come in on a weekend afternoon and they only have 1 person working the entire ammo shop. Having to wait 30-45 minutes every time I purchase ammo is not the service I expect to receive from Bass Pro. After this last 45 minute wait just to purchase a few hundred rounds of 9mm, I’ll be taking my ammo business elsewhere such as LAX Ammunition OC in Huntington Beach or Ammo Guy in Santa Ana.
