- TLTimy Lac5 days ago3.0I love bass pros but for some reason I’ve never had good customer service at the gun counter i don’t know if it’s because I look younger but every time I’m there the employees just look at me and never ask if I need any help even on slower days at the ammo section an employee even refused the sale to me because with my hunting license “I’m only allowed to purchase steel ammunition” I was confused because I’ve bought brass ammo for here before and he said that “the laws change” so I called a bunch of gun stores and asked and they were confused on why they didn’t sell it to me because no law changed I guess they’re were miss informed. Other than the gun and ammo section I’ve had good customer service at other departments

Tried to take it back 6 days later with the receipt only to find they don't accept returns. Have to go thru manufacturer. Wish I knew that buying it. Guess that's why Amazon is blowing these antiquated retailers out or the water... Y'all just lost a life-long customer over $250

- DDDaveApr 27, 20261.0Gun buyers should boycott this store. Went to buy a 12ga 18.5" pump shotgun and the manager said CA law only allows me to get a 22"+ barrel shotgun (im 20yo with hunters license). I proved to him that wasnt CA law, then he switched up on me and said it was store policy and that they refuse to sell me a "defense" shotgun. Ive bought several 18inch barrel shotguns now from other stores. Dont support this 2nd amendment hating store/corporation.
