  I want to give a huge shoutout to Peter and Karen for going above and beyond for my mom and I. My mom had a hard time finding shorts in the right size, so Peter and Karen brought us multiple sizes and styles to try. They were so helpful and never once acted annoyed or rushed us. They kept the mood light and made the whole shopping trip fun. It's rare to get service like that. They made us feel valued, and now I'll definitely be coming back to this store again. You've got two great team members!

  I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this American Eagle location. The customer service is very poor, and it feels like the team is not well trained or properly managed. The associates often come across as uninterested and unwilling to help, which makes shopping here frustrating. Pretty much every time I visit, it takes a long time to get assistance, even when the store isn’t busy. The only time it stood out differently was when I came to pick up an online order. The store was empty, yet the staff stood around arguing about who was going to go to the back to get it, and it still took almost 10 minutes. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor teamwork, and slow service make this a negative experience. I hope management takes steps to improve training and customer service.

  I walked in to make a return. I was greeted immediately by Aaron who also took initiative by noticing I had stuff in my hands to return which really stood out to me on a customer service side of things.

  I'm usually greeted at the door and this time all the employees were hiding out in the register area completely avoiding customers and even as we got closer no one said hi or anything. It felt like we were interrupting them. It was awkward and frankly a little rude of them to not acknowledge us at all. There was also no one tending the fitting rooms so they were pretty messy.

  Sarabella the manager at the Irvine Spectrum just ROCKS. Come on over for Mother’s Day she is here to help and provide excellent customer service! Ask for her. Thank you Sarabella for making our experience fantastic. We’ll be back soon.
