I had such a great experience at American Eagle today! The collection was really good, but what stood out the most was the amazing customer service from Agrin. I tried on a pair of jeans and was about to leave disappointed when she took the time to ask what I was looking for and suggested a few options based on my requirements. I tried them on and ended up finding jeans that I genuinely loved and felt great in. She was so patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, Agrin, for making my shopping experience so much better! 💗

Great staff, very helpful. Arman was particularly helpful with a complex exchange.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Peter and Karen for going above and beyond for my mom and I. My mom had a hard time finding shorts in the right size, so Peter and Karen brought us multiple sizes and styles to try. They were so helpful and never once acted annoyed or rushed us. They kept the mood light and made the whole shopping trip fun. It's rare to get service like that. They made us feel valued, and now I'll definitely be coming back to this store again. You've got two great team members!
