- CBCandi Layne BookoutMar 2, 20264.0Your associate in the Hanford store, Susan, was excellent. Provided me courteous and efficient service. Although, I think there are some management issues because all the other girls in the store were very rude. The manager was not paying attention to what was going on. Susan was very attentive to my needs and helped me with everything. I'm going to give you a four because of her but without Susan I definitely would give you a one or two. Corporate should really pay attention to the how their stores are being run. Because you can not have one good associate while the others are condescending, unhelpful and down right rude. There should be some continuity in service. I would have walked out of the store but for Susan. So I really hope that corporate pays attention. So this time four and I would recommend the store .. Nextime....who knows?!?!
