  kaye was so helpful in getting me my sunglasses! when the store only had the display pair for me he searched the back until he found me a brand new pair, made my experience great!

  First timer at this Glendale galería mall, and the experience was great found what i was looking for. I also received very useful information about the protection plan i Was not asare of at sunglass hut and definitely will be going back all thanks to Kaye

  Always a great experience at this location! Kaye was incredibly helpful, patient, and never made me feel rushed while I tried on the same lenses multiple times to make sure I found the perfect pair. He made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. I’m looking forward to my next purchase with Kaye. Highly recommend!

  Went to the store to get the glasses I was looking for. I was already know what I want and the whole process took less then 7 minutes. Specialist was knowledgeable and offered the product for my needs. Explained current deals, made a sale, made himself and myself happy. That's all I wanted!

  I purchased on 6/15/26 AI Meta Vanguard sunglasses. The sale person gave me 20% discount and I was very surprised. I asked him three times if those glasses are new. He assured me that yes, they are. When I came home I realized that they are not new and there are greasy stains on the charging case and the case is used one. I cleaned the case and decided to keep those sunglasses anyway because a good discount. After using them about a week I realized that the battery is used, too and I can't see videos at gallery, they go to downloads and even there I can't see them, I have to share them and than only can see them. Than my storage was always full even I was deleting all of videos. Later I realized that deleted videos are coming back by themselves and at that point I decided that those AI glasses just useless and they don't work properly and I decided to return them. So I paid $443.92(Glasses were $399.00 + $3.00 OneSight Donation which the salesperson just donated to himself without asking me and tax$41.92. When I brought them back to return the other guy(manager) told me that they can't give me those $3.00 donation back. I said that I didn't donate anything and the salesperson just took them without my permission. Than the manager agreed to give me those $3.00 back but gave me only $443.00 and cute me short for my 92 cents. And I didn't realized at firs because I forgot to mention that I am a mentally disabled person and after being strangled by violent black dude who pretends that he is a woman in August of 2025 in the lobby of section 8 building, I was unconscious for 8 minutes and even was pronounced dead, I can't focus at all, I don't remember things and I have a permanent pain in my neck and all over the body because my brain was dead. I am sorry TMI. So the manager when was giving my refund was distracting me by telling that he will give me 50% off. But at that point I just didn't trust that business anymore. So when I came to TJMAXX, I realized that the manager never gave me my 92 cents. I forgot to mention that I wasn't able to work since 2007 because of my mental disability and I receive only $1233.94 per month from the government so 92 cents for me is a 1 lb of loose beets from food4less. So I went back to get those 92 cents from the store manager. CONCLUSION: I had the feeling that the attitude of that business is that we, customers owe them.
