  Somebody needs to report this company to the BBB. Multiple times now I have been sent either damaged or incorrect merchandise, attempted to return it in accord with the return policy, and had to spend hours and hours of my time to receive the return. The store will come up with all kinds of reasons they can't refund you in store, even though it is Lane Bryant's mistake and you are standing their holding the merch and the receipts. They'll tell you that you have to wait for corporate to refund you. But the issue is, corporate never will. And when you try to contact corporate, they don't answer. When you try to chat or email corporate, they also don't respond. So this company will simply steal your money and there is no way to contact them to get your money back. The younger girl who works at this store branch is kind and professional and tries to help, but the manager is AWFUL. She told me that I should be grateful for even the little effort they were trying to put into contacting corporate about the issue, since it wasn't her money. Mind you, she said this while I was standing at the counter holding the merchandise and my receipt within the 45 day window in accord with the return policy. She told me that I should be willing to spend 4+ hours of my time to get my money back, since it was my money. Zero apology or accountability. Just "it's not my problem." Literally the point of a chain manger is to represent the corporate store and work with the corporate store to make sure its policies get enacted properly.

  I love LB. I've been going to Lane Bryant for a very long time. Their clothes, especially their pants, are great quality and they have the perfect fit. I can't talk about them enough. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They do have sales and cash coupons. I'm sad because they've been closing many of their stores so I hope they don't close the only one closest to me which is the one in Glendale. Also the service was amazing. Thank you!

  This Lane Bryant is not in a mall - it’s in a small strip mall. I was not greeted when I walked in, and looked around for quite a while before an employee spoke to me; could have been a bad day for them. I was able to find an outfit for my event, yet their small store size made choices limited.
