    Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service in the jewelry department. I was blindsided into paying an extra $58 for a "special order" when I could have bought it at regular cost online. Then they tell me I can't cancel or get a refund. The lack of information from the sales associate is dishonest business practices and unacceptable. By withholding the special order status and the associated fees, the store denied me the ability to make an informed purchasing decision. Had the $58 surcharge and the no-return policy been transparently communicated, I would have opted for the standard online purchase. The decline of brick-and-mortar retail is a direct result of this kind of substandard customer service; when physical stores fail to provide the transparency and basic communication available online, they lose their customers.
