- PXPeter XSep 14, 20245.0My wife wanted to check out the Express store when we were inside the Glendale Galleria. She wanted to look at some of their summer dresses so we walked inside. There a women store and then right next to it is the men store. The women store is pretty spacious and had a lot of clothing on display. My wife like some of their selections but decided not to buy anything.
- KCKayla ContrerasJan 17, 20235.0Went in today with just a few ideas for a Gala outfit and an open mind. Right away Sheryl greeted us and helped us our entire visit. She not only was extremely kind but also gave us great suggestions, recommended her personal favorites (definitely bought those pants) and even went out of her way to make sure I had a complete outfit by the very end. All while making me feel confident, taken care of and supported. I often don’t like to shop due to past experiences of employees in other stores not wanting to help or not offering fashion forward suggestions but Sheryl all in all made me feel seen and heard for once. Not to mention the selection in the store and the other staff we had interactions with were also extremely friendly. The company should be very proud to have such a great staff and a warm person like Sheryl. Will be back!
