  5 star store, from greeting upon arrival to release of the product, Edgars attention to detail and thoroughness explaining the process of placing a special order watch and triple checking the building of the item as well as triple checking the details, giving us plenty of time to discuss choices and providing plenty of information on the specific items needed to fulfill the special order. His knowledge and " bed side manner" for lack of a better term are equal to none, he was genuinly excited and happy for us to get our watch, we definitely recommend Bhindi Glendale for your special purchase.   Ryan was awesome from our very first conversation. He was laid back, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable as a first-time Rolex buyer. I originally asked for a Datejust Wimbledon, and he happily put me on the waitlist. At another AD, they tried to sell me an Everose Wimbledon—which just wasn’t for me. When I asked if I could get the Everose with a chocolate dial instead, I got a hard “no.” They wouldn’t even put me on a waitlist. Ryan was the complete opposite. When I asked about the Everose chocolate dial, he immediately said he could help. He estimated about two weeks, and when I explained I was flying out of state for a huge event, he said he’d do his best. A few days later, he texted me a photo of my watch! I had promised to send him action shots from the event, and he was genuinely excited for me. The pickup experience was just as smooth. By the time I arrived, he already had everything prepared. He took me into the private room, sized the watch perfectly, completed the paperwork, and I was out the door in about 15 minutes. Thank you, Ryan, for making this such an enjoyable and stress-free experience. No games, no pressure, no runaround—just honest, straightforward service. If you’re shopping for a Rolex, ask for Ryan. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to help you get the watch you’re looking for. I couldn’t have asked for a better first Rolex-buying experience.
