From the very beginning, Roger was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen to my story, helped me create a profile, and made me feel like I was truly being considered. Even though I knew timing would be tight, he never made me feel discouraged or dismissed. What meant the most was that Roger actually followed through—he kept me in mind, and shortly after my visit, he reached out to let me know the watch had come in.
