  What a wonderful experience from start to finish - we were fortunate enough to work with Roger who helped me find the best birthday gift for my husband ever. Bhindi is a beauty of a store, which is well maintained, and coupled with the customer service and knowledge provided to us by Roger, there is no where else I would go for any future purchases. Thank you to Roger and the team at Bhindi for making my husband’s birthday great.

  Juan was a great sales rep and made the entire buying process smooth and easy. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole experience. He helped me purchase the Bulsy and Wilbeton, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend asking for Juan if you’re looking for someone who is friendly, honest, and takes great care of his customers!

  Amazing experience at Bhindi Jewelers in Glendale! My partner Joel had his heart set on the Oris Diver’s Date, and Areg made the whole process seamless. The watch had literally just arrived and was still in the vault, but Areg got it out for him right away. Since Joel already knew exactly what he wanted, Areg didn’t try to upsell or overcomplicate things — he was straightforward, efficient, and clearly cares about getting customers the piece they actually want. He also took the time to make sure the watch fit Joel perfectly, adjusting it just right. He even made sure we had something to drink while we waited, which was such a nice touch. Great communication and service from start to finish. If you know what you’re looking for (or even if you don’t), ask for Areg — highly recommend!

  I had such an amazing experience working with Juan at Bhindi Jewelry at The Americana! For the past two weeks, Juan has been incredibly helpful and persistent in helping me find the perfect watch for my husband’s birthday. From the very beginning, his communication was amazing, and he was always so kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Juan truly went above and beyond to make sure I found something I absolutely loved. He made the experience feel personal rather than just a simple purchase, and I genuinely felt like he cared about helping me find the right piece. His customer service is exceptional, and his professionalism and sweet personality made the entire experience so enjoyable. I am beyond happy with my purchase and so grateful for all of Juan’s help! I will absolutely continue going to him for my future jewelry and watch purchases and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who truly takes pride in providing excellent customer service.   I stopped by to check the new store and also to update my interest list for Rolex as I’ve heard that they relocate from Galleria to Americana by the fountains. There are so many sales associate when you walk in all are profiling me as I am just wearing a Tshirt and jeans. When I tried to go to the Rolex side I wasn’t even greeted and basically did not even let me in pass the first Rolex exhibition case. I decided to not even update my interest list because the way they treated me. Bhindi when it was in the Galleria were hospitable to customers back at the old store and even let me try some of their exhibition pieces. Unfortunately with the new location they didn’t even bother to greet me upon entering the Rolex side . I was stopped at the exhibition display case and basically told me nothing is available , didn’t even bother to ask for my name (I was actually there to update my interest list) . At this point I will stop going to Bhindi and take my business somewhere else.
