  Terrible experience at the Zara store in Americana. While checking out at the self-checkout, several items that did not belong to me suddenly appeared in my cart. Those items were not physically in my shopping bag, and I had no way to remove them myself. Instead of resolving the issue at the self-checkout, the staff told me to stand in the regular customer service line. It makes me wonder why there is an employee assigned to the self-checkout area if they are unable or unwilling to help with such a simple problem. As a result, I wasted a significant amount of time because of a system error and the staff’s lack of willingness to assist. The customer service was terrible, and the employees showed no interest in solving the problem. After this experience, I have no desire to shop at this store again.

  One of the good Alo Yoga stores, it was overall a bit smaller in size than Abbot Kinney, Century City and Santa Monica but it had very nice attentive staff

  I went to the Glendale Americana (California) store today to exchange a dress… I just want to thank Sarah the sales associate who helped me. She was so kind and so professional and really thought about the Customer and made my exchange so easy… Thank you, Sarah. I hope you’re able to train people to be just like you in the sales world as my experience at ALO today was beyond my expectation.

  Staff was friendly and promptly helpful. Needed to make an exchange, and the process was swift, with staff helping with checking availability, then quick manager assistance. My experience was pleasant and easy to complete my exchange.
