  I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Alo location. I came in looking for a specific pair of shorts and asked an employee at the entrance for help. Her response felt dismissive, like “it’s not on the floor?” instead of actually trying to assist me. What made it more upsetting was that right before me, she went out of her way to help another customer who looked more put together and “American-looking,” while I came in dressed comfortably. I waited my turn and was polite, so the difference in treatment really stood out and made me feel discriminated against. I was also told they didn’t have the shorts I was looking for, but I ended up finding them myself. When I later called to speak with management, Mauricio, the manager, refused to provide the employee’s name and said they would “speak to her.” He also tried to excuse it by saying the store was busy, but at the time I was waiting for help, there was only myself waiting after the previous customer. That did not feel like a valid excuse. I understand stores can get busy, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and equal attention. This experience left me feeling brushed off, uncomfortable, and honestly offended.

  They obviously don’t have any service. Around 6:02pm I was checking out an item and the front desk girl totally not listening, asking sending email receipts and got ignored. feel like she is either high or zone out

  Reagan is truly exceptional. Her service is top-tier, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. She’s a tremendous asset, and she genuinely made our entire experience outstanding.

  Very disappointed with the customer service from the manager “Chelsea” at the ALO in the Americana at Glendale. She was not capable of helping complete a simple transaction and showed little effort to resolve the issue. Management should be more professional and customer-focused. Had to cancel an order. I expected much better service from a store at this level.

  yet another Alo that doesn't help you when you're trying to shop. Honestly, whoever is hiring for this brand is doing a terrible job
