- M· · McMurphySep 4, 20261.0The organization at this Lululemon outlet is impressive—in all the wrong ways. Two prices on one tag, another price on the rack, and somehow a completely different price at checkout. It’s hard to tell whether the staff are actually managing the store or just hanging out. Clear pricing and basic organization apparently aren’t a priority here.
- AVAndy VoAug 26, 20265.0Today my mom and I went to visit Lululemon at Gilroy Premium Outlets and received exceptional customer service from Skylar/Skyler. We had a great shopping experience and will be back.

- MRMartina RennieAug 13, 20265.0Ava and Angela were so helpful! I wanted a purse another lady had in line and they found me the last one in store while I was in line, they also made sure to let me know of an extra deal on the shirts and even looked it up in their system! Girl at the change room was also super sweet. I will be back!! Thanks again girls 💕🥹
- NJniloo jajJul 22, 20261.0We were nothing but polite and friendly, but an employee named Kyle was shockingly rude to us — worse than anything I’ve experienced anywhere else in the U.S. Her tone was cold, dismissive, and disrespectful for no reason at all. Her behavior triggered a panic attack in me, and I am still in shock myself over how badly we were treated. This kind of conduct has no place in customer service. Lululemon needs to address this employee’s behavior immediately.😭😭😭
