  Posting to sincerely thank Reba at the front counter (10/10), she was the saving grace of tonight and gave me so much comfort after someone ripped open the curtain while changing in the dressing room. She really saved the night for me by being so genuine and understanding. Unfortunately the attendant at the dressing room gave an almost dismissive response, she acknowledged it was wrong but felt she was minimizing my experience. Initially there were 2 people at the dressing room but when I exited there was 1. I know they can’t control people ripping open the curtain mid change, but some care and checking in would have been a nice gesture especially as a girl changing in what was my happy place. This really was violating and unfortunate. I got lucky it wasn’t worse, but now it makes me think twice about changing here. They did provide a discount but still, I got really lucky it wasn’t worse. It’s so sad because every time I’ve been to this outlet the employees were super nice and warm and welcoming. Again, want to bring this back to highlighting Reba because without her, I’d probably always associate this store with the negative feelings. Reba’s response and management took this from a 1 star to a 5.
