  Ava and Angela were so helpful! I wanted a purse another lady had in line and they found me the last one in store while I was in line, they also made sure to let me know of an extra deal on the shirts and even looked it up in their system! Girl at the change room was also super sweet. I will be back!! Thanks again girls 💕🥹

  We had a very disappointing experience at this Lululemon location. The salesperson was rude and dismissive to my parents throughout their visit, making them feel unwelcome. After my parents left the store, the employee came to the door and slammed it shut behind them. It was unnecessary, disrespectful, and not the level of customer service you would expect from this brand. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue.

  I can’t believe my family was treated this way. The store Lead (or at least that’s what she said), Kylie, told them to leave, threw their belongings onto the ground outside the store, and shut the door on them. No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. Respect yourself and Forget about shopping at this store. Read the reviews and complaints about the rude lady instead and choose another lululemon store.

  We were nothing but polite and friendly, but an employee named Kyle was shockingly rude to us — worse than anything I’ve experienced anywhere else in the U.S. Her tone was cold, dismissive, and disrespectful for no reason at all. Her behavior triggered a panic attack in me, and I am still in shock myself over how badly we were treated. This kind of conduct has no place in customer service. Lululemon needs to address this employee’s behavior immediately.😭😭😭

  Terrible experience at the Gilroy outlet. An employee named Kylie, who said she was the store Lead, was rude and hostile, refused to let us make a new purchase, and forced us out of the store — closing the door on us in front of other customers. We’re loyal customers who drive 45 minutes to shop here. Never treated this way anywhere.
