- KKKatieSep 7, 20261.0I've been coming to Lane Bryant for many, many years. I travel to the Gilroy location because that is the closest location to our area and there are some things that I prefer to not purchase online [bras and shoes]. However the last couple times I have been in, the quality is grotesque for the price being charged and/or the service is weird. Obviously the sales team has no way to alter pricing, but why are we being charged nearly $40+ for a top with horrible structure and draping, and that's made out of Modal, a practically transparent fabric that's known for piling? Who is the merchandise buyer for Lane Bryant and why do you hate fat women so much? [included a photo of one of the tops for reference] Why are [over the clothes] bra fittings performed on the sales floor in front of other people? Is this an accurate bra fitting? Literally the only items that retain their quality consistently are the bras and panties, IMO. And it's a shame because it would be nice to go to a brick and mortar plus size store without the company attempting to pillage my wallet for what feels like drop shipped items. We deserve nice things too, dammit! If I wanted the drop ship experience, I would buy from SHEIN.
