- RKreji kuruvillaJul 23, 20241.0I was very disappointed with the store manager (Destiney) on 07/22/2024 @ 6.45pm regarding a return. I brought my coat to return at the store last week with the receipt and all the tags came with it. She was telling one black tag is missing. I told her I'll search for it and bring it back. Later today, I went to the store and checked the coats in the store, none of them has the black tag, that means my coat does not have one. I explained to her and she was telling me, other tag not attached to the item. Initially she was only concerned about the black tag and today she told me something different. She has zero costumer service with an attitude.
