  I had a disappointing experience at this American Eagle location. I didn't realize the store closed at 8:00 PM, and I walked in about 13-15 minutes before closing. I understand that was my mistake. What disappointed me was that no one greeted me or let me know the store would be closing soon. I spent a few minutes picking out items, and only after I had several things to try on I had to go find a staff and asked for fitting room, an employee came over and say, "they are closed, becasue we close in 5 minutes," then immediately walked away without a smile or offering any help. If someone had simply welcomed me and kindly let me know when I entered that they were closing soon, I would have understood and left without wasting anyone's time. A little communication and courtesy would have made a big difference.

  Worst store I ever been to would not be going to that store anymore they don’t have respect like no shade and the Salina’s one has more respect and they are actually kind ladies I would be going to the Salina’s one now and the Service Here in Gilroy don’t have respect and for some reason they keep looking at people and make people really uncomfortable Salina’s one always on top

  The entire staff was completely unprofessional talking in a corner while costumers were in line completely unaware. Entire staff was awful and having inappropriate conversations. I asked the manager if they had a pair of jeans I’ve been looking for and she was SUPER rude, acted as if I was annoying her for asking a simple question. she was a taller African American woman with a short bob.   Went in & might of purchased something but no greeting no help nothing! Terrible service. They really need to hire a new group of friendly employees unless the store wants to lose sales .
