  We had such a wonderful experience at Happy Jewelers with Sean, Lina, and the rest of the team. A few months ago, we originally came in looking for a special ring to gift my mom for her birthday, and Sean was incredibly helpful throughout the customization process. We wanted to replace some of the diamonds with birthstones to make the ring more personal for our family, and the final result came out exactly how we envisioned it. The turnaround time was very quick, and the craftsmanship was beautiful. After gifting the ring to my mom, we realized the size we chose was slightly too small, so we brought her and my sister back with us to have it resized. While we were there, we also had some of my mom’s older rings cleaned and resized. They even noticed that one of the baskets on her older rings wasn't very secure and said they could redo it so that her diamond wouldn't fall out. The cleaning made her older rings look and feel brand new again, which was really special to see. Sean and the entire staff were so attentive, welcoming, and patient with our whole family throughout the process. The store is always packed every time we visit, but we never once felt rushed or overlooked. Everyone took their time helping us and answering our questions, which made the experience feel very personal and genuine. My sister was so enamored with the store and jewelry selection during our visit that she even ended up purchasing a pair of earrings for herself too! We’re so grateful for the care and service we received and will definitely continue coming back in the future!

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Edgar at Happy Jewelers. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism and care was next level. Buying Mother’s Day gifts for my wife can sometimes feel stressful, but Edgar made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me without any pressure, just genuine expertise and great service. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does. The pieces I picked out are beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.   I made an online purchase for in-store pickup. I’m not a big jewelry wearer, but I wanted some simple pieces that I could wear daily, so I purchased a pair of mini gold huggie earrings and a small diamond initial necklace. I expected to be in and out of there with little fanfare, especially because it was an online order and not a very high dollar one at that. The service I received was top notch! I was greeted immediately when I walked inside and while my sales associate Andres was grabbing my purchases in the back, I was approached by two other associates that asked if I needed assistance and offered me beverages. Thanks for making me feel like a valued customer, and I’m excited to wear my jewelry. I also appreciated Andres’s enthusiasm and friendliness. It was busy in there, and I can see why!

  Currently, I am going through the process of creating a custom engagement ring/wedding band and the experience has been perfect. From the start, Lupita has been extremely helpful in making my girlfriend's dream ring become a reality. She has gone to extreme lengths to find the perfect stone and to make sure we are happy, all while not being pushy at all and letting us take our time. Once complete, I will update this review. However, our experience with Lupita alone has easily earned five stars.

  Amazing customer service experience. My fiancé purchased my wedding bend there this past Saturday, and come to find out they had it on sale for cheaper on their website. When I called today, they immediately handled it, and refunded me the difference. They even cleaned my fiancé's ring when we visited. They care about their customer service more than anything, and it reflected clearly in this situation. Customer for life.
