  Amazing experience! Walked in and was greeted in 2 seconds. I needed help to resize my bracelet. This bracelet was a gift and they were happy to resize it for me. Did not even charge. Pete was amazing I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to revise their jewelry.

  I had an absolute 5-star experience at Happy Jewelers, all thanks to Gavin. I originally stopped in just to get a watch strap replaced on my Blancpain, but I happened to be in the market for a Rolex and a chain as well. As luck would have it, both were sitting right in front of Gavin while he was swapping my strap. What impressed me most was Gavin’s professionalism. The shop was completely slammed, but he never rushed me or made me feel pushed. In an industry where a lot of jewelers will try to usher you out of the way for someone who looks ready to buy immediately, Gavin was totally relaxed, zero-pressure, and let me take all the time I needed to work through my decision. They also have plenty of employees asking you if you want anything to drink while you wait and hang out. I was asked if I needed anything probably 10+ times while waiting. Really makes you feel cared for. On top of the top-notch service, the pricing was extremely reasonable. When it comes to a retail store I think they work very well with you and get to a comfortable price. Fact they have warranty and verify authenticity is a big one for many. Easily worth a few thousand on bigger purchases. Walked in for a strap swap and walked out with my serviced Blancpain (they even set the watch completely up) , a Rolex, and a chain. Ask for Gavin if you want a nice chill experience.

  The employees seem a bit intimidating at first, but they’re actually very sweet. One of the ladies took my watch back to get it sized down, and when I asked how much it would be, she said it’s free because of it being a simple tweak. I really appreciated the customer care and will be coming back.

  I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience here! Lupita has been absolutely wonderful from day one. She helped me pick my engagement ring, which was stunning, and later helped me create a custom ring that came out even more beautiful than I imagined. Lupita is patient, caring, and truly wants you to love what you’re getting. The owner has also been incredibly kind and generous, which I truly appreciate. I’m so happy with both of my rings and the entire experience. I’ve definitely found my jeweler and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lupita and this place to anyone! 💍❤️

  Quite literally the best in the business: cleanest, safest jewelry store with the most passionate owners and staff. I refer this store for all of my friends, family, and clients' watch and jewelry needs, and have never had someone displeased by my recommendations. I figured I would write this review and push everyone towards the right seller!!!
