I went in to Happy to trade in a piece of jewelry, and they were very honest and fair. Both Dylan and Jaqueline helped me and they were very helpful as I selected a new piece. They didn’t pressure me at all to spend more than my trade in, although as I was checking out a one of a kind estate piece caught my eye that I absolutely had to have. I would absolutely recommend this store for engagement rings, watches, necklaces. The service is excellent, the inventory is unmatched and the prices were extremely fair. 10/10!
My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Happy Jewelers.
We originally stopped in just to have links added to two of my watches, but we ended up leaving with two amazing purchases. I was able to buy a hard-to-find watch that I'd been wanting for a long time, and my wife upgraded her diamond ring. We couldn't be happier.
The pricing was very fair, but what really stood out was how everyone treated us. Abdul, Edgar, and Gabe were all great to work with. There was never any pressure, just honest advice and excellent service.
They sized my new watch, added links to the two watches we brought in, and even cleaned both watches along with all of the jewelry my wife was wearing. That was a really nice surprise and showed how much they care about their customers.
We first heard about Happy Jewelers through Producer Michael's YouTube channel, and now we understand why so many people recommend them.
If you're looking for a great watch or jewelry store with very fair prices and people who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Happy Jewelers. We'll definitely be back.
My experience with Happy Jewelers began well, so it was especially disappointing to see how things turned out in the end.
When my fiancée and I first visited the store, we felt truly welcomed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to help us find the right wedding band. The service was just what you’d hope for with such an important purchase.
A few weeks later, we got a call that the ring was ready. When we went to pick it up, we were surprised to see it wasn’t the ring we had chosen. After talking with our sales rep and the owner, we found out the wrong sample ring had been used for our order. The owner admitted the mistake and worked with us to have the ring remade the right way.
Because of the earlier mistake, we were extra careful when we came back to check the replacement ring. At first, everything looked fine, but we wanted to double-check the details ourselves. Our main concern was the size of the diamonds, so we asked if we could measure them with a digital caliper.
The measurements seemed to be about 0.3 mm smaller than what we had asked for. We know lab-grown diamonds can have small differences, and we weren’t expecting perfection. What bothered us wasn’t the measurement itself, but what happened next.
Our sales rep took the caliper to the back, then came back and measured the stone again. This time, the device showed exactly the size we had requested. It seemed like the tool had been adjusted before showing us the measurement. Whether the goal was to reassure us or not, it felt like the reading was changed to match what we wanted instead of having an honest talk about the real measurement and what’s acceptable.
That moment really hurt the trust we had in the business. Buying jewelry, especially for a wedding, depends on confidence and honesty. If there are acceptable differences in manufacturing, just explain them. Most people would rather hear the truth than feel like something is being hidden.
I know that one employee’s actions might not show what the whole company stands for, and I do appreciate that the owner fixed the original mistake. Still, it’s hard to rebuild trust once it’s lost. After this, I can’t confidently recommend Happy Jewelers to friends or family.
I hope the business takes this feedback constructively. Customers aren’t just buying something; they’re trusting your expertise. Being open, even if things aren’t perfect, is what builds long-term relationships and keeps people coming back.

Had a wonderful experience at Happy Jewlers! Amir was such a pleasure to work with he made it fun and even though they are busy he let me try on as many items as I wanted without feeling rushed or pressured to buy. I originally came to pick something up but ended up with 2 extra goodies for me and my mom. Thank you Amir! I will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Christina was extraordinarily helpful and and made the process of getting an engagement ring an exciting and stress-free experience for myself and my fiancé. She offered consultation and answered any questions I might have even after her working hours since I’m stationed overseas. Strongly recommend for prospective couples or for personal pieces in terms of quality of service, affordability, product quality, and accommodation.
