  Hi, I’d like to make a complaint regarding my recent experience at one of your Windsor locations. I completely understand that associates need to inspect merchandise before accepting a return. However, the way my clothing was inspected felt excessive and extremely uncomfortable. The cashier went over the items very carefully and even turned a skirt completely inside out to inspect the crotch area. I have never experienced a return being handled this way, and it honestly made me feel as though I was being treated with suspicion despite having my receipt and returning unworn merchandise. I also need clarification regarding Windsor’s exchange policy. During a previous visit, I exchanged a pair of shorts for a leather skirt and was told by the manager that the skirt automatically became final sale because it was an exchange. I cannot find this anywhere in Windsor’s published return policy. I would appreciate clarification on whether this is actually Windsor policy and whether the way my return was handled is considered standard procedure. I’m not questioning an associate’s right to inspect merchandise, I’m questioning the way it was done and the information I was given regarding my exchange. Thank you.

  Was trying on dresses and needed the same dress in a different size. My friend went to grab it and she said she couldn’t enter the fitting room. So I asked if she could then grab it for me then? And she said no, I’d have to get back in line. Confused what the point of a fitting room attendant is if they aren’t there to provide customer service.

  My shopping was going great until a employee kept following me around and then when I tried on some clothes they accused me of stealing. This happened last week!

  Return policy is outrageous. A friend bought me a dress but I wanted to return because of sizing issues. They don’t allow returns unless I have the card paid with. I didn’t even buy the dress, how am I supposed to get someone else’s card to return?
